Each piece is made from carefully selected reclaimed fabrics - barely any new materials are used, including zips, buttons and threads. But for elastics I am having to resort to first-hand, but I always make sure to buy from my local independent haberdashers.
I use kitchen by-products from cooking with certain vegetables, fruits and pulses to obtain all my fabric dyes. This means I waste no food (except for when i occasionally dye with turmeric) or water in the process, and also means I get many meals out of each dyebath! It also prescribes a certain colour spectrum and an amount of unpredictability, which I enjoy.
All clothes are individually priced and available to buy. They are all sized 10-12 unless otherwise stated.
I also take commissions, and can make simple variations on my designs. Get in touch to chat about it if you fancy a hand-crafted eco-friendly piece of SWAG!
